These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the Baixin Huida Electronics website, RFQ tools, and related supply-chain services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent.
Services Covered
Baixin Huida provides electronic component distribution, one-stop BOM sourcing, PCBA assembly coordination, technical consultation, inventory fulfillment, and international logistics arranged through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS.
Business Accounts
- You must provide accurate company, contact, and delivery information when registering or submitting RFQs.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, export-control violations, or abusive conduct.
Quotations & Pricing
- Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quote and remain subject to stock availability and manufacturer allocation.
- Prices may change after quote expiry due to market conditions, currency movement, or supplier adjustments.
- Quotes do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by Baixin Huida.
Orders & Fulfillment
- Orders become binding only after written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of required deposits or payment authorization.
- Lead times depend on inventory position, programming requirements, and export processing timelines.
- We may fulfill orders in partial shipments when necessary to meet delivery commitments.
Product Information & Compliance
Datasheets, photographs, and specifications are provided for reference. Customers are responsible for verifying part suitability, RoHS/CE or other compliance needs, and end-use restrictions before production.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Incoterms, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and import permits are defined on the order confirmation. Risk transfers according to the agreed commercial terms. Carrier delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or force majeure are handled under those terms.
Returns & Warranty
Where a worry-free return policy applies, eligibility, timelines, and restocking conditions are stated on the quotation or order confirmation. Custom-programmed, date-coded, or non-cancellable items may be excluded. Warranty remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or credit as stated on the applicable order documents.
Technical Consultation
Technical advice is provided in good faith based on available documentation. It does not replace your own design validation and qualification testing.
Intellectual Property
Website content, trademarks, logos, and platform software remain the property of Baixin Huida or respective licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baixin Huida is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use, shipment delays, or procurement decisions made by the buyer.
